Hydro Excavation Business Growth Tip:

Small Costs Can Slow Growth.

Does your business have expenses that could be eliminated? Extra unnecessary costs in a business may be small however can add up over time to eat up cash and slow growth.

An $89/month unused software subscription, $200 excess truck fuel usage, 15 non-billable hours, can add up to tens of thousands of dollars a year for even a modest Hydrovac operation.

That money isn’t just lost profit, it’s the exact capital you need to add another truck, train an operator, bid on a municipal contract, or carry through the next slow season.

The best part, it doesn’t take much time. It can be as simple as reviewing all the last month’s payables, bank account transactions, payroll and credit card statements.

A couple hours of time spent questioning expenses may turn into the down payment for ordering that next new Hydrovac.
