Now Accepting Applications: Hydrovac Industry Leaders of 2025.

We are accepting applications for our upcoming special publication: Hydrovac Industry Leaders of 2025 to be published in late-December. We are celebrating achievements in the Hydrovac Industry by honoring those that work hard to make a difference.

The application is open industry-wide and businesses can nominate one of their staff, and in any role (eg. Hydrovac Operator, Administrator, President, Sales Manager, Owner, Welder, Mechanic etc.) The publication will showcase each successful honoree, their role and the business.

The Hydrovac industry is still in its early years in relation to the Excavation sector as a whole. The priority must be to continually educate people on the value of Hydro Excavation as a critical step in safely excavating around underground assets.

To grow a business it is common to get into a competitive focus and be motivated to out-perform or under-price your direct competitors.

Instead, it is more important to focus on growth by expanding the value you add to each client and how they may achieve a safer workplace and shorten their project timeline or reduce costs by utilizing more of your Hydrovac services.

If you take the time and efforts to continually educate your clients (and future ones) on the benefits of Hydro Excavation then you elevate yourself as an industry leader and create more work for your business and the industry as a whole.

Aside from the wonderful benefit of growing your business, you also help prevent underground infrastructure damage and potentially save lives. Not every hero wears a cape.
