Hydro Excavation Business Growth Tip:
Training For The Future Is Fuel For Business Growth.
The skilled operator shortage is affecting many Hydrovac businesses and amid a projected 5.1% service market growth through 2035, it may get even more difficult to find experienced staff.
To get ahead of the curve it is important to foresee your future fleet growth and start to hire and onboard with in-house apprenticeship training programs.
Programs such as offering paid on-the-job training in exchange for two-year commitments, incentivizing retention with quarterly and annual bonuses and strong company culture can build a loyal workforce for scaling into the growing industry.
Well-trained, capable staff are key to retaining clients and can fuel sustainable growth from inside the business. The future arrives one day at time.
