Superior Hydrovac Acquires Delta Daylighting, Deepening Peak Utility's Hydrovac Presence in Houston

Share

HOUSTON, TX — Superior Hydrovac, the hydrovac platform of Peak Utility Services Group, has announced the acquisition of Delta Daylighting, a Houston-based provider of hydrovac and daylighting services. The deal expands Peak's operating capacity in one of the nation's most active utility infrastructure markets and adds an experienced management team, established crew, and longstanding customer relationships to Superior's growing Houston footprint.

Delta Daylighting's operations will be fully integrated into Superior Hydrovac, allowing the combined organization to leverage Superior's safety programs, operating infrastructure, and broader customer network across electric, natural gas, telecommunications, and other critical infrastructure sectors. The transaction follows Peak's strategy of investing in high-quality utility and infrastructure service businesses and supporting their long-term growth through operational resources and capital investment.

"Delta represents a highly strategic addition to our growing hydrovac business," said Chris Reinmiller, Chief Operating Officer of Peak Utility Services Group. "The combination expands our operating footprint in Houston and enhances our ability to serve both existing and new customers across the region. We are excited to welcome the Delta team to Superior Hydrovac and look forward to building on the strong relationships they have established in the market."

For Superior Hydrovac's team on the ground, the acquisition is as much about capability as it is about scale. "This acquisition is not simply about becoming a larger company. It is about becoming a stronger one," said Joe Russom, Director of Operations for Superior Hydrovac. "By combining the experience, talent, and capabilities of both organizations, we are creating new opportunities for our employees, expanding resources for our customers, and strengthening our ability to deliver safe, professional, and dependable hydrovac services every day."

Superior Hydrovac provides hydrovac excavation, line jetting, CCTV, and related services to utility and infrastructure customers across its operating markets. Its parent company, Peak Utility Services Group, is a leading provider of infrastructure services across electric, natural gas, telecommunications, and other critical utility sectors.
