One Call, Every Scope: CTS Services Marks 13 Years as Arkansas's Full-Service Hydrovac and Industrial Contractor

Share

BENTON, AR — CTS Services, Inc. is marking 13 years in business, celebrating its evolution from a Benton startup into one of Arkansas's most comprehensive one-vendor industrial and environmental services contractors — built around a fleet of vacuum trucks, hydro excavation equipment, and hydroblasting capabilities that let facility managers hand off an entire job to a single crew.

Founded in 2013 by Chad Slaughter, CTS Services was built on a straightforward premise: industrial plants shouldn't need to coordinate three or four separate contractors to get through a turnaround. The company self-performs hydro excavation, industrial vacuum truck services, hydroblasting, tank cleaning, confined space rescue, and sewage cleanup from its Benton headquarters — covering the full scope of what a typical plant shutdown or emergency response requires, under one roof and one point of contact.

The company's fleet reflects that scope. Dry vacuum trucks rated up to 6,000 cfm handle high-demand industrial vacuum work, liquid-ring trucks rated up to 4,000 cfm serve wet and slurry applications, and tankers up to 6,000 gallons round out a versatile lineup capable of tackling the range of conditions found across Arkansas's industrial and municipal sectors. Backing the fleet is a management team carrying more than 75 years of combined industry experience.

"When we started in 2013, most plants needed three or four contractors to get through a turnaround," said Slaughter. "We built CTS so a facility manager makes one call and the whole job gets handled — from vacuum trucks to tank cleaning to confined space rescue. Thirteen years later, that is still why customers call us back."

Over the past 13 years, CTS Services has built repeat business across industrial facilities, pipeline operators, utilities, municipalities, and general contractors throughout Arkansas and neighboring states, supporting plant shutdowns and turnarounds, emergency spill response, and municipal infrastructure and utility projects across the region.
