TEAM Group Inc. has announced the acquisition of A&J Vacworx Inc., a leading Ontario-based hydro-excavation and dewatering services provider, in a strategic move that expands its Industrial Services platform across critical infrastructure markets. The acquisition enhances TEAM Group’s capabilities in hydro excavation, underground utility support, and environmental services, while adding a 19-acre operational facility and specialized equipment fleet to its growing North American footprint. Founded in 2005, A&J Vacworx has built a strong reputation serving utility and infrastructure contractors across Ontario, and will now integrate into TEAM Group’s Industrial Services Division to support continued growth and operational scale.
