A&J Vacworx Acquires PGC Stouffville Assets, Boosting Hydro Excavation and Vacuum Truck Capacity Across the GTA

Share

A&J Vacworx, a division of TEAM Group, has announced the acquisition of the operating assets of PGC Stouffville, effective July 30, 2026. The transaction includes equipment, customer contracts, and the transition of PGC Stouffville's workforce to A&J Vacworx, further strengthening TEAM Group's Industrial Services platform across Ontario.

The deal adds meaningful capacity to A&J Vacworx's existing hydro excavation, vacuum truck, dewatering, and environmental services operations — services that are in growing demand across the utility, municipal, commercial, and industrial sectors as infrastructure investment continues to accelerate across Ontario. PGC Stouffville's specialized equipment fleet, experienced crews, and established customer relationships will be folded into the A&J Vacworx operation, with existing customers assured of continued service continuity.

The acquisition also expands A&J Vacworx's geographic footprint across the Greater Toronto Area, enabling faster response times and broader coverage for customers requiring time-sensitive excavation and vacuum services.

"The acquisition of the PGC Stouffville assets represents another important step in executing our long-term growth strategy," said Clint Griffin, Chairman and CEO of TEAM Group. "Bringing together experienced employees, established customer relationships, and additional equipment strengthens our Industrial Services platform and enhances our ability to serve customers across Ontario. We are excited to welcome the PGC team to A&J Vacworx and look forward to building on the strong relationships they have established."
