Karma Newberry founded Discovery Hydrovac in 2012 with a simple purpose: make underground work safer, more precise, and easier on the people doing it. What started with that idea has grown into a company built around The Big 3 — excavate safely with speed and precision, protect people and equipment, and exceed customer expectations. We caught up with Karma and CEO Bill Keever to talk about the paths that brought them here, what those principles look like in the field, and how they see hydrovac technology fitting into the next wave of infrastructure work.
