In this week’s tip about Hydrovac growth we will focus on client communications and making sure you have all your points of contact constantly monitored.
If you utilize social media ensure that you keep an eye open for direct messages or requests via comment.
Ensure your main, toll free and advertised phone lines have either a call tree to route calls to staff, texting or voicemail to ensure a customers call is always answered. If one of the key staff will be away on holidays, forward their work phone so jobs aren’t missed.
Email is a key tool for receiving inquiries and quotes so ensure the advertised addresses are always monitored. Check that addresses from previous employees are forwarded to a team member. Also, review spam folders regularly to make sure a request does not go unanswered.
If you have a -Contact Us- box on your website, regularly test that it works and is forwarded to a team member that replies to inquiries timely.
You work hard to build your business, advertise and earn repeat customers. It is critical to ensure every communication line is open and answered so you can book more jobs and grow your business.
